<li>Click your name in the top right corner </li>
<li>Click the "My Settings." </li>
<li>Expand the "Personal" block and navigate to "Language  Time Zone."</li>
<li>Change Time Zone, Locale, Language, or Email Encoding as you want</li>
<li>Voilà, you know how to change them in SalesForce :)</li>

5. Change Time Zone, Locale, Language, or Email Encoding as you want
